You'll meet with our Nurse Practitioner, Helen, to discuss your needs. You'll also receive a scan on our Inbody Full Body Analyzer which will provide an important set of baseline data and statistics. Helen will then provide you with recommendations based on your needs and the programs we offer.

In most cases, you can start your program on the SAME DAY as your initial visit! We maintain on-site inventory of all of our supplements and treatments to reduce the waiting period of getting started. We know how much courage and motivation is required to take that first step and will do everything we can to encourage and support you as you begin your journey!
